British Summer Time (24 January 1990)

Motion Details

That this House urges that there should be no change in the present arrangements for British Summer Time and Winter Time beyond agreeing common EEC dates of change, in view of the damaging effect such a change as is proposed in the Consultative Document would have in Scotland and other parts of the United Kingdom.
