OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDY WHILE UNEMPLOYED (22 November 1995)
Motion Details
That this House is concerned at the continuing obstacles placed in the way of unemployed people wishing to improve their skills by part-time study; and calls upon the Government to use its powers under the Job Seekers Allowance Act 1995 to improve rather than worsen the situation and to make part-time study a positive outcome and a right for all unemployed people.
