That this House believes that if it is right for the Treasury to initiate an independent inquiry into the losses of less than ú700 million by Baring Brothers Bank then there should be no delay in establishing an independent inquiry into the causes of ú10,000 millions of alleged losses by Lloyd's of London and the role of the Lloyd's Council. (Relevant registered interest declared)
