The western side of Gt Victoria Street with the old “Corgi” carpet factory Image on the left and the Europa Hotel Image on the right. The mock Tudor building had been occupied by Gestetner and was awaiting demolition for a new building advertised as “The Great Northern Tower” – now called “Millennium House” Image There was an open-air section of the Blackstaff here (now culverted).
