There are a couple of carved dead trees on The Mound, to the south east of the Council Offices http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/991902 . This one is St David. He has a suitably ecclesiastical background, with a little spire on the United Reformed church on the left and the capped turrets on the tower of St David's on the right.
