The site will be closing by the end of the year. There is some debate about whether the buildings will be preserved as mentioned in these two BBC News articles http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/oxfordshire/7639375.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/oxfordshire/7500135.stm . I assume that this is the art deco office block to which the links refer.
