Broken lamppost / streetlight collision on A899 Livingston Road

Another recent accident involving a collision with one of those lampposts. The Council recently renewed all the streetlights on this section of road. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/957464. I don't doubt the money would have been better spent on providing crash barriers to prevent the accident in the first place. Fixed and repaired by Wed 15th Oct 2008.
