A large stone overlooking the town of Hawick and placed here by the Hawick Archaeological Society on 25th March 2000. A granite plaque on the stone reads:- LOOK BACK ON BONNIE TEVIOTSIDE AND HAWICK AMONG THE HILLS HAWICK ARCHAEOLOGICAL SOCIETY 25TH MARCH 2000
