Statue of a Drover, Llandovery

This statue of a drover is not very well presented positioned as it is behind a seat near the Castle Hotel in Llandovery. The statue commemorates that Llandovery was an important drover town and that over 30,000 cattle and sheep were driven from Wales to London each year.
