The presence of the Fire Service is not unusual in pedestrian precincts. Rightly they preach the fire prevention message. The street artist is perhaps less likely perceived to be engaged in fire prevention measures. He is however a street preacher and his ploy is to set up an easel and white board to demonstrate and preach his message of salvation from the fires of Hell.
