A field between the A71 and A704. Looking south towards mine waste. The tups wandered over in case of a handout. My shepherding days are past now, so they were disappointed. All had bloody heads as a result of fighting. Although hormonal changes strengthen their skulls in the autumn, they still often manage to inflict fatal injuries on their opponents.
