Chimney at abandoned mine workings near Ystradowen

Just beside the river Twrch, 2km northeast of Ystradowen lies this large chimney. It is visible from most of the mountain to the north and can be used to navigate back down to the river footpath. From here, the remains of a dismantled railway can be seen running up to Pen yr Helyg in a completely straight line.
