Still showing its original designation as Stourbridge Junction Middle Signalbox, the signalbox has had new stairs fitted and locking room windows bricked up (probably during World War 2), but still is much as it was when built by the Great Western Railway. All controlled signals are now colour lights and points electro-mechanically actuated.
