A newly-built residential development on former playing fields, offering affordable housing, 1 bedroom apartments (from £139,000), 2 bedroom apartments (from £167,000) and 3 bedroom houses (from £199,950) according to http://www.bellway.co.uk/ . On the left 3 bedroom houses numbers 67 to 70. The cream coloured building is Block C which contains 1 and 2 bedroom apartments number 56 to 66.
