The Kingdom of Fife Railway Preservation Society were previously based at Lochty in the East Neuk of Fife but about ten years ago had to move from there and eventually found a site on the former railway marshalling yard at Kirkland, west of Leven. They were successful in obtaining a Heritage Lottery grant to erect the green and grey shed as a workshop and museum and have since been laying sidings on which to store some of their rolling stock. See http://www.roskotheque.com/kfrps.htm for the Society's website.
