This sculpture is in a courtyard at the County Hospital, Hereford. It is by Everard Maynell, presented to the hospital when it opened for business in 2002. According to the explanatory plaque:- "The artist's inspiration for the sculpture was the theme throughout the hospital of rivers and water. The joyful family figures are dancing in water".
