This photo of the former Abbey Gate Independent Primary School was taken on the 1st April 2008 just seven weeks before a disastrous fire. The redundant school suffered a major fire on the afternoon of the 19th May 2008 and the future of this listed building now seems bleak. Seen from across Victoria Road near the Northgate Arena.
