Appropriately located at the junction of Nelson Road and Trafalgar Road the pub is on the corner to the right with the hall to the left. Built in the 1900 some 100 years after the Battle of Trafalgar the site was acquired by a developer in 2007. A planning proposal to demolish these buildings and replace them with 14 apartments was refused in early 2008.
