Two waterways and one motorway meet at this spot where the Forth & Clyde Canal terminates and joins the River Carron. Part of the Millennium Project which made possible the Falkirk Wheel boat lift, and which connects the Forth & Clyde Canal with the Firth of Forth via the River Carron.
