Low flying balloon over River Wey behind Peperharow Road

This balloon came over and almost scraped the rooftop of the houses in Peperharow Road. I think the occupants had bit of scare as they missed the electricity lines by just a few feet! You can just see the pylon through the pine tree. The trees in the background are Westbrook Hill.
