A detail of the scene in Image The panel shows a set of scales, with a weight on the left and a bale on the right. Above is inscribed "God bless the just". Quite so. For the unjust, the burgh jougs (visible in Image) are attached to the wall beneath. The C17 building forms part of the Fife Folk Museum.
