Up until very recently there used to be a miniature railway that circled the mound next to Rochford Reservoir. The terrace on the left here was the trackbed. The park is public, the track was unfenced, and it may have fallen victim to vandalism. The line of rough grass and nettles on the right marks the route of the River Roach.
