All Saints Church was built in 1903 on land given by Lord Savile. This is in English-Medieval style with a steeple surmounted by a copper-plated statue of Archangel Gabriel. It was part of the Anglo-Catholic revival (The Oxford Movement) and is still very 'high-church'. Cloisters and schoolrooms were added in 1916.
