London underground huts at Buckholdhill Farm

These appear to be two huts for London Underground (LU). At least it is a LU roundel on the doorway. I presume they are stored here until required, but why 50 miles from where they are to be used, or are they surplus to LU requirements and have been bought by the farmer? Curious.
