I'm not sure what improprieties Kingsworthy Parish Council apprehends. The ground - "Dedicated 10 September 1993" - is a long thin strip with nothing in it but grass. It occupies the position of the dismantled Alresford to Winchester railway line, and is cut in two by Wesley Road.
