The significance of the rhubarb on the Carlton village logo is that Carlton is in the "Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle" formed between Bradford, Leeds and Wakefield. Carlton is home to one of the biggest growers of rhubarb, Oldroyds, and their farm is opposite the Millennium green.Image
