Not to be confused with Image, this is County Hall in Walton Street, the main office building of Buckinghamshire County Council http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/bcc/home/index.jsp whose red and black flags flutter outside. It replaced Image, and was designed by the county architect C Riley around 1929.
