Modern office blocks have nestled up to the tower of the former Congregationalist Church in the High Street. The church existed on this site from 1874 to 1980, the last eight years of which were spent as the United Reformed Church following the merger of the Congregationalist Church with the Presbyterian Church of England in 1972. Aylesbury's United Reformed Church is now at Rickford Hill.
