The Grecian style non-conformist chapel which is sadly derelict at present after suffering vandalism and a fire which destroyed the roof in 2006. The Chilean pine (Araucaria araucana - monkey puzzle tree) probably looked great when first planted but now dominates the structure and its branches brush against the stonework. The chapel is a Grade II* listed building dating from 1846-7 and is on the English Heritage buildings at risk register with a scheme to re-roof it expected to commence in 2008. Its location in the cemetery makes a future use for it somewhat uncertain.
