Taken because I believe this is the site of the new Temenos sculpture see http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/teesside-news/2008/07/11/temenos-sculpture-will-be-tees-signature-84229-21325350/ The photo shows the old lock gates in a permanently open position on the entrance to the dock.
