The plaque inscription reads: Public Drinking Water Supply This is one of the original Plockton water supply points which was used before water was piped into the houses. It has been refurbished and enclosed by Plockton and District Community Council with the assistance of the Local Grazing Committee and The National Trust for Scotland, 1994.
