Work seems to be finally underway on the construction of a semi-submersible oil rig at the former Haverton Hill shipyards now operated by the Tees Alliance Group for SeaDragon Offshore. The total cost of the rig is £150m with the hulls being built at the Sevmarsh shipyard in Russia to be transported to the yard later. I think this is an accommodation module. Admittedly this was taken on a lunchtime but there was not much sign of the 800 jobs that the project was supposed to have created.
