The juxtaposition between this impressive swan as a weather vane and the mundane aerial was interesting. I would have expected the aerial to point north-east, towards Hannington transmitter, but no it is pointing south-east presumably towards Rowridge on the Isle of Wight. Like all heavy birds, the swan is taking off into the wind.
