This narrowboat was built in 1936 and is one of the "town" class of boats built by Yarwoods of Northwich. After a working life for the Grand Union Canal Carrying Company, it was converted to a passenger boat about 30 years ago and provides passenger trips in the Reading area. Behind is one of the buildings on the former Huntley and Palmers biscuit factory site.
