Seeing a geograph entry for another pub of the same name Image prompted me to take this one a few miles away. The peerage is a hereditary one so it is not clear which Lord is commemorated by the name, though the most likely is the first one, Colin Campbell, who was given the title for his part on the Battle of Balaclava. http://www.nndb.com/people/077/000094792/
