This is viewed looking north from the Chalk Bridge with the LondonWaste Eco Park chimney on the horizon. On the towpath on the right is a pile of fly-tipping. There has to be something radically wrong with the waste disposal system that less than a kilometre from a waste recycling centre someone feels the need to make the effort to drive out of their way down a dead end road to deposit their rubbish.
