Probably c.1700 restored mid-late C20. Timber-framed, rendered; tiled roof. Original ridge stack with string course. Grade II listed. http://www.heritagegateway.org.uk/Gateway/Results_Single.aspx?resourceID=5&uid=51751 (names it as Elm Cottage).
