Grade II listed terrace of houses, 1-11 Kimberley Terrace, laid out from 1841 as the first part of the Victoria Building Company's estate under the overall direction of Thomas Marsh Nelson. No.5 is by John Brown, 1850. Numbers 1-5 are now The Carlton Hotel.
