Assuming that the wooden structure in the middle is just a garage which has been built to take advantage of an old agricultural structure, but I've not got any idea what the small brick buildings on its left and right are for. Nonetheless, the one on the right is serving a good use for the community with a noticeboard and defibrillator on it.
