Footpath, plants, cycle lanes and road. The former four lanes of Cowcaddens Road have been reduced to two, plus cycle lanes, a rain garden and a path. The rain garden should help slow the flow of surface water and improve local drainage. In time it should also enhance biodiversity and improve air quality.
