Opened in 1866 by the Busby Railway which soon became part of the Caledonian Railway, this station is on the line from Glasgow Central to East Kilbride. View north west towards Pollokshaws West and Glasgow, a few months after the railway line had been electrified and a new footbridge had been provided.
