The Warrington branch of J D Wetherspoon. I did not go in, but according to CAMRA's entry, the contemporary pub stands on the site of a 13th century Augustinian friary, is named after one of the scholars mentioned in Shakespeare’s King Richard III, and a section of the original friary can be seen through the glass floor in the main bar.
