The mural has been added since 2009 Image The contributor there describes this as having been converted from a court building in 2002, with contemporary additions. As of 2026 it was undergoing a £5 million refurbishment. The original building of 1897 by Henry Turner of London is Grade II listed (list entry 1161475) where its original use is described as a county, rather than magistrates, court. Perhaps it served both purposes.
