A terrace of four houses on Masser Road, part of a small estate built in 1936 by Coventry City Council. Many houses on the estate have been purchased under Right To Buy, but some still remain in the social rented sector - the three with the vanilla-coloured pebbledashing belong to housing association Citizen, their current look being thanks to an insulation programme in 2023 which added cladding to the properties, followed by a pebbledash finish. The house second from right shows signs of being improved following Right To Buy - note the enclosed porch and roof windows. It also displays sky blue and white bunting in celebration of Coventry City FC's promotion to the Premier League at the end of the 2025-26 football season.
