This terrace of four 3-storey (including basements) houses were built in the mid 19th century with dressed sandstone faced with incised stucco, hipped low-pitched Welsh slate roofs and brick stacks. They were designed by well-known Newcastle architect John Dobson and are Grade II Listed buildings.
