Is it angular, strange, laughable and derivative? Or pushing the envelope, futuristic, inspired, energy efficient, innovative and adventurous? Personally, I think it lacks charm, looks like a wing of a secondary school, is a symphony in grey and brown and falls short of being anything special. I am really glad that someone is thinking outside the box but it looks like you need to check in and provide ID rather than drop in and visit. If Bang & Olufsen did homes...?
