The picturesque and spacious Wansbeck Business Park offers a mix of premises of varying sizes and has attracted a wide range of both indigenous and international companies. It benefits from delightful lakeside walks, woodland trails and a pub restaurant. A new campus, covering a 5.7-acre site, is currently being built for Northumberland College and which overlooks this lake. The three stainless steel origami artworks, named Pepper Pot, Dart & Bird, sit on circular platforms in the middle of the lake which also act as nesting places for mallards, swans & geese.
