This notice is pinned to a roadside telegraph pole. Although laminated, it has suffered water damage which makes some vital parts of the message illegible. In essence, however, it announces alterations to the pole which BT are legally required to advertise and inform the public of their right to object. As the date is obscured (and may not have been written in at all) it is impossible to tell how long the notice has been here. What can be read is that any objections should be sent to the BT Pole Objection Team in Liverpool.
