Photo Note: This site located on the North of Six Hills House Car Park in Stevenage was granted permission to have a 10 storey (Ground Floor to 9th Floor) residential building nicknamed “Six Hills House Two”. However as this was given green light for construction in December 2022 and residents of Six Hills House disagreeing and not wanting the building as it will overlook the North side residents of the building, as of April 2026 this development has not started construction and is currently unfinished, there is no confirmation on a start date or what the current status is for this development.
