Park Hill or Vane Hill? Both seem to apply. The view is similar to Image but taken further to the right, close to the Millennium footbridge. Above the harbour and Victoria Parade, with the 1920s 5-storey Harbourpoint towering above an appealing C19 building, rise modern developments, culminating in Shirley Towers, "three uncompromising brick-faced tower blocks, which have attracted the epithet ‘the three ugly sisters’" www.torbay.gov.uk/torquay_harbour_conservation_area_appraisal.pdf . Above Harbourpoint is Edenhurst Court.
